General Questions About Services
-
I offer both coaching and counselling — and we can focus on either approach, or move intuitively between the two, depending on what you need in the moment.
Counselling tends to explore your inner world and emotional experiences, often looking at past patterns, challenges, or pain points to support healing, clarity, and wellbeing.
Coaching is more future-focused, helping you work toward goals, tap into your strengths, and take aligned steps toward the life you want to create.
A simple way to think about it is this:
Coaching is like a roadmap to a desired destination.
Counselling is like a journey of self-discovery and emotional healing.
Both are valuable, and together they can offer a deeply supportive and empowering space.

If you’re feeling stuck, navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply in need of a safe space to talk things through — you are welcome here.
Many clients begin with a one-on-one session to see how it feels, and we take it from there.
My services are a good fit if you're:
Curious about your emotions and what may be triggering them
Wanting to reconnect with your authentic self
Ready to look at life through a new perspective
Seeking healthier boundaries and deeper relationships
Hoping to build emotional resilience and self-confidence
Looking to overcome fear, clarify goals, and move forward with purpose
Open to reflecting on how past experiences may still be shaping your present
Longing to feel more empowered, joyful, and supported
While I offer a compassionate and grounding space, please note that I don’t provide crisis support or emergency mental health services.
If you are in acute distress or need immediate help, I encourage you to contact a qualified crisis service or mental health professional in your area.
-
Your first session is a chance for us to gently explore what’s brought you here, what you’re hoping to gain, and how I can best support you.
You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable — there’s no pressure to have it all figured out.
I may ask a few questions to get to know you better — such as your current challenges, any relevant life history, and what’s feeling most important to you right now. This helps us begin to shape a space that’s personalised and aligned with your goals.
Above all, it’s a relaxed, supportive moment just for you — a space where you can feel seen, heard, and safe
-
I work with adults aged 21 and over. At this stage, I don’t offer counselling or coaching for those under 21.
While my services are open to all, the way I work tends to resonate most with women — particularly those going through periods of transition, reflection, or personal growth.
If you feel drawn to this space, you’re welcome to get in touch and see if it’s the right fit for you.
-
No referral is needed.
You can book directly through the website whenever you're ready.
Whether you're seeking support for emotional wellbeing, clarity during life transitions, or personal growth, you're welcome to begin at your own pace.
-
You’re welcome to book a single one-on-one session to start with.
Many clients choose to continue with a package later for ongoing support.
There’s no pressure — the right path is the one that works for you.
-
Each one-on-one session is 1 hour.
The Women’s Reflective Circle sessions are up to 2 hours in length.
However, the actual duration may vary depending on the number of participants — this flexible timing ensures everyone has enough space to share and receive support.
Please arrive on time, as sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled start time, even if not all participants have arrived.
-
It depends on your needs and what feels right.
Some clients prefer weekly or fortnightly sessions for continuity, while others check in monthly or as needed.
We can discuss a rhythm that supports you best.
-
Yes — these are some of the most common themes that clients bring into sessions.

The Women’s Reflective Circle
-
It’s a small, supportive, online group session for women, focused on connection, growth, and shared insight.
Each week explores a new theme related to self-discovery, resilience, or emotional wellbeing.
Numbers are kept small (max 6) so there’s time for reflection and discussion.
-
Each group is limited to a maximum of six participants to maintain an intimate and supportive environment.
-
Yes — you’ll complete the Group Agreement and Confidentiality Policy as part of the booking process.
These shared agreements are in place to help create a safe, respectful space where meaningful connection and growth can happen.
By booking your session, you agree to:
Keep what’s shared in the group confidential
Be respectful, kind, and non-judgmental
Speak from your own experience, and gently hold back from offering advice unless invited
Make space for everyone to be seen and heard
Thank you for helping create a space where everyone can feel supported, heard, and valued.
-
There’s no pressure to speak, though you’re warmly encouraged to share if and when it feels right.
Listening deeply is also a powerful part of the experience.
You are never required to share more than you’re comfortable with.
-
That’s completely understandable.
Many women feel a little unsure at first, but quickly find the group to be a welcoming and respectful space.
You’ll never be pushed to speak, and everything is shared with kindness and confidentiality.
-
No, each session is self-contained with its own theme.
You can attend as often as you like, based on what feels right for you.
Booking early is recommended, as places are limited.
