The Guidance Corner - Cancellation & Refund Policy


At The Guidance Corner – Coaching and Counselling, your time is valued, and each session is a space thoughtfully held for you. In fairness to all clients and to honour the preparation and presence required for each appointment, the following policy applies to all services, including one-on-one sessions, session packages, and the Women’s Reflective Circle group sessions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows and same-day (12 hours or less) cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Sessions will not proceed if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

  • You can manage your appointment at any time via the link in your confirmation email, or by signing in to your account.

Refunds

  • Due to the nature of coaching and counselling services, refunds are not available once a session has been completed.

  • Refunds are processed manually and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

  • All refund requests are considered thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis. If something unexpected arises, you’re welcome to contact Christelle via the Contact Me page.

Session Packages

  • If you’ve purchased a session package and choose not to continue, any sessions already used will be charged at the full single-session rate ($120), and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • If no sessions have been used, a full refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase.
